Zerzura, a sustainable urban mixed-use complex, is designed within a specific urban development area. It aims to be a center for housing and public space where people enjoy the lifestyle, attracted by the ground floor commerce and the diversity of activities. This development serves as a biofilter by recycling graywater taking advantage of this resource witch can be used for the maintenance of green areas. It consists of 9 plots with a capacity for a total of 1,164 medium and high-end apartments, connected by a commercial walkway and 5 pedestrian streets. The central park of the complex armonice the urban and sustainable lifestyle with a biofilter, play areas, and a cycling and jogging track.
